Senior Engineer - Industrial IoT

The Shopfloor Support Engineer will provide onsite operational and technical support for Manufacturing Execution Systems MES and related shopfloor applications The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing operations by resolving production issues supporting end users coordinating with application support teams and assisting with system deployments and validations

The resource will act as the first point of contact for manufacturing users during production hours and ensure timely incident resolution while maintaining high system availability

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

Provide firstlevel onsite support for MES and shopfloor applications

Monitor production systems and proactively identify operational issues

Respond to production incidents within agreed SLA timelines

Troubleshoot application configuration and userrelated issues

Escalate complex issues to L2L3 support teams with complete diagnostic information

Track incidents through closure and provide timely status updates
