Job Description QA Automation Engineer Video Streaming Test Engineer

Designed developed and maintained automated test frameworks to improve test coverage efficiency and product quality

Executed comprehensive manual testing and prepared detailed test documentation test cases and defect reports

Created and maintained automated test suites for functional integration and endtoend validation

Validated video playback across multiple formats codecs and resolutions to ensure optimal user experience

Tested and analysed streaming manifests including M3U8 and MPEGDASH MPD files

Performed validation of adaptive streaming technologies and video delivery standards including HLS MPEGDASH DVBDASH and VOD platforms

Conducted testing of video advertising workflows including ad insertion playback and tracking validation

Verified subtitle accuracy synchronization formatting and multilanguage support across platforms

Tested audio quality synchronization language selection and playback behaviour

Performed endtoend playback testing across devices browsers and streaming environments

Executed regression testing to validate system stability and prevent production issues

Conducted performance and reliability testing to assess application scalability and streaming quality under varying conditions

Participated in product releases deployment activities and postrelease production validation to ensure successful delivery and operational readiness
