SAP OTC Lead Mexico Job Summary

Experienced SAP OTC Lead with strong expertise in SAP S4HANA OrdertoCash OTC processes including Customer Master Data Sales Order Management Pricing Delivery Processing Billing Credit Management Returns Management and Intercompany Transactions Proven experience leading SAP implementations rollouts and support engagements within manufacturing and distribution environments

Handson experience with Mobile Data Entry MDE enabled Simplified Push Delivery Processes supporting realtime delivery execution goods issue confirmation inventory visibility barcode scanning and mobilebased warehouse operations Skilled in optimizing order fulfillment processes improving delivery accuracy and enhancing operational efficiency through seamless integration between warehouse logistics and sales functions

Strong knowledge of OTC integration with MM WMEWM PP Transportation and FICO modules ensuring endtoend process alignment from customer order receipt through product delivery and invoicing Experienced in conducting fitgap analysis solution design configuration testing cutover planning golive execution and hypercare support for SAP S4HANA programs

Adept at collaborating with business stakeholders warehouse operations logistics teams and technical resources to deliver scalable and compliant SAP solutions Demonstrated ability to drive process standardization user adoption and continuous improvement while supporting localization and business requirements for Mexico operations
