Role Overview

The Oracle EBS Finance and Leasing Domain Lead will be responsible for leading the functional design implementation enhancement and support of Oracle EBS Financials and Leasing business processes The role requires deep expertise in Oracle EBS Finance modules leasing lifecycle management accounting standards business process transformation stakeholder management and solution governance

The individual will act as the bridge between business stakeholders finance teams leasing operations and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle ERP initiatives and ongoing support services

Key Responsibilities

• Oracle EBS Financials Leadership
• Lead solution design and governance across Oracle EBS Financials
• o General Ledger GL
• o Accounts Payable AP
• o Accounts Receivable AR
• o Cash Management CM
• o Fixed Assets FA
• o EBusiness Tax EBTax
• o Subledger Accounting SLA
• Support monthend quarterend and yearend financial close processes and recommend improvements in lease accounting AP AR and financial close processes
• Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting across lease portfolios
• Leasing Domain Leadership
• Act as SME for lease lifecycle management
• o Lease Origination
• o Contract Administration
• o Billing and Invoicing
• o Collections
• o Lease Amendments
• o Renewals and Terminations
• o Asset Remarketing and Disposal
• Lead Oracle Lease Management OLM configuration and process optimization
• Support lease accounting requirements under
• o ASC 842
• o IFRS 16 for multinational operations
• Ensure proper lease classification amortization schedules and accounting treatment
• Compliance Controls
• Ensure compliance with
• o US GAAP
• o ASC 842
• o SOX Controls
• o Internal Audit Requirements
• Partner with external and internal auditors during financial audits
• Maintain strong application controls and financial governance processes
• Stakeholder Management
• Engage with Finance Controllers Accounting Teams Leasing Operations and Business Leadership
• Translate business requirements into Oracle EBS solutions
• Provide executivelevel status reporting and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related discipline
• CPA CMA MBA Finance or equivalent preferred
• 12 to 18 years of overall ERP experience
• 8 years of Oracle EBS Financials experience
• 5 years of LeasingLease Accounting domain experience
• Experience supporting USbased finance and accounting organizations
• Multiple Oracle EBS implementation or transformation project experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
